Cost includes the following:

• Accommodations: Double room accommodation at Tenple Sport Complex in Madrid, Spain

Pricing:

Registrations open until March 23, 2025

• Player Camp Package: $3600 per player

• • Payment can be made all at once (due March 23, 2025) or in three installments:
    • $1200 by March 23
    • $1200 on April 10
    • $1200 on May 2 (full payment due May 2)
  • Reservation is for training camp, meals, accommodations, tours & events, does NOT include the flight ticket.
    • In order to take advantage of group transportation from the airport to the facilities, the player should report at the Madrid airport, May 23rd at 5:30PM at Barajas Airport, Madrid. (We will send a meeting point). If the player arrives outside of that time, they will need to make arrangements for their own transport to the facility, at your own cost.
    • We will provide group transportation back to the airport on day of departure. If your player needs transport outside of that time, that will need to be arranged separately (at your own cost)

• Supporter Package (Accommodations+ Tours & events): $2200  

• • If you as a parent or guardian would like to accompany your child to Spain, you can join as a Supporter.
    • Accommodations at a hotel nearby the Tenple Sport Complex, arranged by our partner in Spain
    • Breakfast at hotel included (other meals are on your own)
    • Tours
    • Transport (to and from airport and with tours)
  • Payment can be made all at once (due March 23, 2025) or in two installments:
    • $1100 by March 23
    • $1100 on April 10 (full amount due April 10)

Important information

Required documents for this trip include:

• Valid US Passport (cannot expire within 6 months of departure date)
• VISA: US Citizens are allowed to travel without Visa. Check requirements for any other nationality
• Written Approval / Authorization for player under 18 to travel alone
