The Methodology
Based on the Spanish Methodology — the most highly-valued in the world — our Methodology is key to accomplishing that vision. It focuses on technical precision and tactical intelligence that allows the player to adapt to various game situations. Rooted in the player’s ability to make decisions, it encourages the autonomy of the player on the field and requires a deep understanding of the game. Players apply skill and technique based on the situation, take tactical actions related to teammates, all while conquering the physical demands of the game. Players must be bold, yet patient. They work in spaces large and small, with constant movement, quick counterattacks and high presses.
