Train Like a Pro

This is your chance to train like the pros at the Real Madrid facilities where players like Kylian Mbappé, Jude Bellingham, and  Vinicius Junior prepare for their matches. Picture yourself on the pitch, at the Real Madrid facilities in Valdebebas, receiving expert coaching from Real Madrid's high-level trainers, pushing your limits in 3 intense training sessions, designed to elevate your skills. Your journey continues with 3 sessions from top Spanish professional coaches, sharing their secrets and strategies to take your game to the next level (one friendly game still pending).

We’ll attend an official La Liga game, where you’ll get to feel the electric atmosphere of world-class soccer up close. As part of your journey, you'll step inside the legendary Real Madrid Training Complex, the place where the club's stars prepare for greatness. Feel the history and energy as you explore the iconic Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home to football legends.

But the adventure doesn't stop there — experience the thrill of the Atlético de Madrid Stadium on a guided tour of the Metropolitano, discovering the passion that drives this rival powerhouse. Pricing:

Registrations open until March 23, 2025

• Player Camp Package: $3600 per player

• • Payment can be made all at once (due March 23, 2025) or in three installments:
    • $1200 by March 23
    • $1200 on April 10
    • $1200 on May 2 (full payment due May 2)
  • Reservation is for training camp, meals, accommodations, tours & events, does NOT include the flight ticket.
    • In order to take advantage of group transportation from the airport to the facilities, the player should report at the Madrid airport, May 23rd at 5:30PM at Barajas Airport, Madrid. (We will send a meeting point). If the player arrives outside of that time, they will need to make arrangements for their own transport to the facility, at your own cost.
    • We will provide group transportation back to the airport on day of departure. If your player needs transport outside of that time, that will need to be arranged separately (at your own cost)

• Supporter Package (Accommodations+ Tours & events): $2200  

• • If you as a parent or guardian would like to accompany your child to Spain, you can join as a Supporter.
    • Accommodations at a hotel nearby the Tenple Sport Complex, arranged by our partner in Spain
    • Breakfast at hotel included (other meals are on your own)

    • Transport (to and from airport and with tours)
  • Payment can be made all at once (due March 23, 2025) or in two installments:

Important information

Required documents for this trip include:

• Valid US Passport (cannot expire within 6 months of departure date)
• VISA: US Citizens are allowed to travel without Visa. Check requirements for any other nationality
• Written Approval / Authorization for player under 18 to travel alone

Insurance

• Accidental insurance is included
• Additional travel insurance is optional and can be purchased separately (Spanish company Caser)

Yes! For the Madrid Camp, Parents/Supporters ARE ALLOWED on the training grounds, however, they are not permitted in the sleeping facilities. With the Supporter Package, we will find you a hotel nearby the Tenple facility.

Can my player room with a friend?

Yes! When completing registration, please note the player’s name that your player would like to room with.

Who will my daughter or son room with?

Male and female players have their own space and will not room together. In the Tenple Sport Complex, female players have their own space in one of the wings of the building, separate from the male players. Only men with authorization can access that wing.

I won’t be traveling to Spain with my child, how often can I speak with them?

We know this is important to you and it’s important to us too! You can speak with your child as you need! Players will be busy with training sessions, meals, events and rest, so the best time to catch them is during their down time. If your child has a cell phone they can use it during their down time. If they do not have a cell phone, you can contact one of JCR Academy chaperones assigned to your child to get in touch with him/her.  They also may use the house phone once a day. You are also free to call or email the facility as you need.

Who will assist my child at the airport in Spain?

JCR Academy will provide chaperones to meet your child at the gate at the airport in Spain. The chaperone will be with them as soon as they land, in transport to the facility and at the facility. Your child will never be alone.

Do I need to pay for it all up front?

Although you can pay the full amount up front, you are not required to. We have broken the payments into three installments. The first payment is made upon registration (the deposit), and then 2 additional payments after that. The trip must be paid in full  by May 2, 2025.

What is your refund / cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel (for any reason), you may do so up until Apr 13, 2025 and you will be refunded 90% of what you’ve paid so far. If you need to cancel after Apr 13, 2025, see our cancellation policy for this trip in Terms & conditions. If you are concerned about needing to cancel, you may purchase trip insurance.

Additionally, we have a minimum number of players we need to attend camp to make it happen. If for some reason we do not make those numbers and cannot take the players to Spain, you will be refunded at 100%.

What if my child gets sick or injured while in Spain?

Although we hope that won’t happen, we are prepared. We have staff onsite (nurses, trainers and medics) and a formalized process to attend any emergency. We are close to nearby hospitals should any player need one. In the event of an injury or illness, we get in touch with the player’s emergency contact immediately. Both Players and Supporters are covered by an Accident Insurance.  But even so,  we recommend a separate trip insurance policy for peace of mind. We partner with Caser Insurance (Spanish).

Do you have and enforce a curfew for players?

Yes. Players are here for an amazing soccer experience, which requires adequate rest. We will give them a code of conduct, that is the expected behavior of an athlete.

What is the number one thing you would want me to know as a parent?

The number one thing we want you to know is that this international opportunity is one of the coolest and most impactful experiences they will have in their soccer career. We take great pride in this experience, as we know just how amazing this is and how they will remember it for the rest of their lives.
